ABOUT US

McMillan Farm Management is a family held agri-business that owns, leases and manages over 5,000 acres of citrus and avocados in Santa Barbara, Riverside and San Diego Counties. We have been operating in the Temecula area since 1965, when founders Gary and Richard McMillan arrived shortly after graduating from Cal-Poly, Pomona. Starting with a small maintenance business on a single citrus grove, the McMillan’s have built an organization that is now one of the largest agricultural operations in Southern California. McMillan’s reputation has been forged on years of solid operational performance, financial stability, personal integrity and high standards of property maintenance.
